Name::Trina Galloway
Age:: 120
About Your Character::Katrina was born to a rich family, at least her father was rich. He had been a judge. her mother was a lovely house wife, her name had been Katrina. When Katrina was born both her parents were joyful, though her father was just a little bit disappointed that she hadn't been a male, but her mother had been delighted. Throughout the early years Katrina learned everything from her mother. Learned to cook, clean, sew..all that womanly stuff (for the times ha!)
In everyone's history sometime in their lives something goes wrong. Katrina's mother had caught scarlet fever and died. Katrina had been only ten when this happened. Her Father had been so distraught afterward that he could no longer function on a daily basis resulting in his job going to another. For two years Katrina kept up the jobs her mother had done, taking care of her father and all the house duties. The house was beginning to look empty as her father had to sell most of their things to keep the house and the two of them in food and clothing. (clothing was bought rarely as Katrina was made to sew and hem as much as could be salvaged)
after Katrina had turned 12 her father decided it's best to give her up. In those days it was not uncommon for a child of that age to be married. twelve was thought to be the peak age, when a girl becomes a woman! So she was sold, to a man who promised to have her father keep the house. Katrina didn't complain. When they got married Katrina was fifteen, taking care of children from his previous marriages. He had been in his late thirties when she was sold to him and was then in his first year of his forties.
He was an unkind man, heartless. Katrina was more or less a slave in her own home. It was when her father died and her husband John Norrington sold the house, that she finally decided she'd had enough. Unknown to John or the children, but Katrina ha a lover, one she would meet when John was out on business, one she would meet when she drugged his drinks to make him sleep.
This man, was a pirate. His name had been Black Scarlet his real name was Jimmy Katrina knew his real name, hadn't known he was a pirate until one night when she was with him he offered to take her away. She accepted the offer and he took her upon his ship. His ship just happened to have been at the time named The Black Pearl.
Of course she went with him, and resided on the ship cleaning the deck, playing doctor, and cooking the meals for the entire crew, but she was happy. Jimmy had been captain. It was back when the black pearl first was seen on the oceans, Jimmy and his crew had built it themselves, many died while building it, blood and sweat went into the making, some sold their souls to 'Davy Jones' just to get it built. Jimmy was one of them.
They were together five years before the crew was caught and sentenced to hang. Katrina's (Trina now) husband was the one that hung every one of them, except Katrina, whom he said had been kidnapped, even though he had known better. She tried to protest, but its a mans world. John took her back to their home and 'taught her a lesson'
John realized that Katrina was pregnant, this gave him an idea, a way to really teach his wife what it means when they say 'till death do us part' When she ran again, again ending on the black pearl, which a new band of pirates now had. They had stolen it. This time John went to rival pirates, and paid them an excellent amount of money to find his lost wife, and instead of returning her to him, kill her, and the unborn child.
It didn't take too long for this to happen. One day when the crew was on land, Katrina was on board the ship and others were trying to take it over. She screamed so the crew would know the ship was in anger. Those trying to take the ship just happened to be the ones paid by her husband, first a sword was drawn across her belly, killing her UN-born child before the same blade was moved across her throat. By the time the crew had gotten to her, it was too late.
Shortly after that, the ship went down, it was bombed and ended up on the bottom of the sea. It would rise again, but that was another story.
Katrina too made a deal with the devil. hers and her daughters souls if she could live enough to get revenge on the man who had done this, and her entire family. Because her soul had been pure, he wouldn't have had it, so took the deal. Two for the price of one.
120 years have passed since then. Katrina still looks to be 20 years old. She lives in a small village on the island the ship had been on the day she was killed. Katrina learned that she could not leave the island unless she was invited off.
She's waiting for the Black Pearl to come. She knows that it will eventually, that is the only ship she can go onto freely, without permission. She's been waiting one hundred and twenty years for that day. ((hoping to get help with that? haha))
Other:: Katrina can't sleep. She can cook, and clean, and aid the sick. She can mend clothing and do all that sort of stuff. When she gets hurt, it doesn't hurt her. she pretends, when she bleeds, the wound heals rather quickly as if it had never been there, deep cuts don't even leave scars.
Description:: Trina looks to be about 20 years of age, she has an hour-glass figure and long light blonde hair that isn't exactly straight, its wavy. Her eyes are the colour of the ocean, but there is no live in them. When one looks into her eyes they wouldn't see any reflections..they just seem to go deep into nothingness. For clothes she wears a dress, a simple white dress with a blue ribbon tied about her waist and ends in a bow around her back-side. The dress shows most of her back and lots of cleavage. She doesn't wear shoes. Around her neck she wears a choker with a blue stone in the middle, the choker is to hide the scar. She has a scar across her neck and belly where she had been sliced. the two death slices are the only blemishes at all on her body, and when they're seen, they look fresh, each year on the day and minute she was killed, they open up and bleed as if to remind her of what she had lost and what she has to do.
